I am a full-time Realtor® which means you will get the attention that you deserve, responses in a timely manner and a smooth transaction from start to finish.  My hours are flexible and I can accommodate even the busiest of schedules. If you work with me, you are not limited to only seeing homes in the evenings or on weekends, like you are with some part-time agents. I can speak with you or meet you anytime – morning, noon or night, weekdays or weekends!

I will run honest, realistic comps for you from the beginning, so we know the true ARV of the property. Knowing the realistic ARV (not an inflated one) will help you make a better, more accurate offer price when you purchase the property.

Being involved in the redesign and resale of homes allows me to stay on top of popular design trends, which in turn helps me sell my clients’ homes faster and closer to asking price. When we list a newly renovated home for sale, I am happy to share tips with my clients regarding current trends, how to make your rehabs stand out from the competition and staging tips to wow buyers when they walk in the front door.

You need to make sure that your home makes the cut and that buyers schedule an in-person showing appointment. If you have bad photos or no photos online, you are limiting the number of people that schedule an appointment to view your home.

I promise NO pictures with fingers, reflections in mirrors, other people, pets, rear view mirrors, floors, blurry or upside-down photos.

Pricing

I will price your house correctly, so that it sells quickly!

Some agents will agree to list your house at a higher asking price, just to get the listing. Then they will constantly suggest price reductions until the home is listed where it should be.

I want you to receive top dollar, but please understand that if your house is overpriced, no one will look at it and even if they come through you will not receive an offer.

I’ll be honest with you from the beginning. Together we will discuss a pricing strategy and implement a strong marketing plan.
